"The purpose of the Midlothian Corridor Business Association is to promote the business interests of the members of the Association, including the promotion of the Midlothian Turnpike Corridor from Chippenham Parkway to Belt Boulevard, obtaining improved public services and public awareness and such other goals that may be consistent with its purpose."
